Legal Question in Family Law in California

drug testing

Is a hair folicle test submissable in a child custody(family court) case? My parental rights were taken away, when i tested positive for a controlled substance hair folicle test. That positive test result was the only thing that CPS had to use against me,in return; my parental rights were taken away and my 3 kids were adopted by their paternal grandmother. I was told recently by a friend, that a hair folicle test is NOT SUBMISSABLE in a CHILD CUSTODY CASE.

Re: drug testing

was it ever admitted into evidence? most of the time the CPS worker testifies that you are a current drug user.
