Legal Question in Family Law in California

Drug Testing

We recently agreed to a court ordered child support agreement. The mother of the child is still trying to tell us when and when not we can see the child. Not to be rude, but we want to teach her a lesson. We know for a fact that the mother and current husband do drugs.

How do we go about getting them tested and modifying child custody.

Thanks
