drug testing of spouse's current boyfriend

My soon to be ex-wife is a recovering

addict. Her new boyfriend is too. Is

there any legal ground to requesting

that he submit to random drug

screening? He will be moving in with

her soon and I am concerned about

the welfare of our son and trying to

find a way to make sure he lives in a

clean and sober home.

file an OSC regarding modification of custody and visitation, then negotiate drug testing as a condition to maintaining the current arrangement.
