Legal Question in Family Law in California

Drugs Found In My 2 yr. old Grandson's Hair

My daughter and baby's father have split custody. Baby is constantly sick each time father brings him home. Other systems occurred. My daughter took baby to doctor and requested a drug test. Results came back with high THC (marijana) and Cocaine. Went to her attorney who recently handled custody battle. My daughter went down and took a drug test. Father of baby and Paternal Grandfather have Marijana Medical Cards and Paternal Grandfather grows for himself, sons, and friends. Attorney claims my daughter can not gain full custody and hair test (requested by doctor) will not hold up in court. Father claiming he does not use drugs and says it is my daughter. We knew he would do that and we do not believe in drugs, which he knows. Does my grandson have any rights or my daughter in a court of law? Does something very bad have to happen to my grandson before someone will help?

In reply: I think you should of gone in X-party yesterday. If you havent yet you need to go in X-party A.S.A.P.

I need to know some specific information to fully answer your question.

At this point the child is in danger; you need to get protective orders. It dosent matter if the drug is used for medical purposes, the child has been exposed to a dangerous drug. Yes, your grandson and daughter have many right in the court of law.
