Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have dual citizenship American and Israel. I live in California and I pay child support,but I can't afford it. I wanna move out of US to Israel to avoid payments. I know , it is a criminal offense under federal law , but I don't have a choice. I have a question : Is it possibly US Child enforce agency to enforce US court order in Israel ? Thank you.

Yes there is a treaty to enforce it. Why don't you modify the orders or challenge them in federal court as a violation of due process?
