Legal Question in Family Law in California

Due to a domestic violence dispute between me, my five daughters & my oldest brother, the Judge ordered a Mutual Family Stay Away Order for three years. It has now been a little past two years into the Stay Away Order & my brother is sending messages to my oldest daughter who is now 18 years old, through her grandmother who lives in a different state by telephone & e-mail, asking my daughters grandmother to tell my daughter how much that he loves & misses her! My daughter & I are very upset over this and we would like to know what we should do. These were some of our ordersfrom the court!

PARTIES ARE NOT TO HARRASS, ATTACK, STRIKE, THREATEN, ASSAULT, HIT OR FOLLOW EACH OTHER. THEY ARE NOT TO CONTACT BY TELEPHONE OR SEND MESSAGES TO EACH OTHER.

You should notify the police of the violation of the order. If this order is a stay away order that if violated is considered a criminal offense then your brother could be arrested for this conduct. If the order requires the judge to take action against your brother, then your next step could be returning to court on a contempt motion.
