Duke Order For Equalizing Payments
If, on or after the due date, the respondant does not petition the court for monies owed, is the order nulified?

The order remains the order. It is not nullified unless the court makes a new order nullifying the first order. How long has it been since Respondent should have peititoned the court? The money is owed, and if it's owed to you, you should file whatever you need to in order to receive payment. You may also be able to collect 10% per year interest, if it is from judgment.
