Legal Question in Family Law in California

re ex getting ears pierced on 5 y/o daughter with no legal custody

My ex got my 5 year old daughter's ears pierced over visitation time. My ex has no custody over our children, only visitation.

Can I do anything about this?

If you are unhappy with this, you may file a motion with the court to change the visitation and custody arrangement citing to the piercing ears as an example. It is possible to modify the custody arrangement if the child is in danger.

If you have futher questions, please contact an attorney to help you with your case.

Good luck.
