Legal Question in Family Law in California
Eliminating community property with a prenuptial aggreement
Is it possible to eliminate community property with a prenuptial agreement? That is, can a spouse's earned income be classified as separate property through a prenutial agreement?

Re: Eliminating community property with a prenuptial aggreement
California law allows people to determine whether the property that they accumulate during marriage is separate or community. This includes earned income. I draft prenumptial agreements for a reasonable fee. Please call me if you have any questions.
