Emancipated girl wants to have a relationship with an adult.

Hello,

A friend of mine (28)was contacted by an emancipated girl (16)on the internet. They have been talking and want to have a relationship. Is it illigal for them to meet in person? Can they live together? And is it illegal for them to talk about sex on the phone?

As soon as the relationship goes south, you will go to state prison, and when you get out you will have to register as a sex offender for life. If the "emancipated girl" is an undercover cop, all of the above could occur even sooner.
