Emancipation in California
I am 16 years old, and wanting to get emancipated. My father is an alcoholic who I can't deal with his stupidity, and my mother has, since I can remember, been emotionally abusive to me. What are the chances of being emancipated.

Emancipation requires that you have the ability to financially support yourself. You should consider discussing you situation with a school teacher or a school counselor.
