emancipation

How do I get emancipated when my parents agree. I don't have a job but I have a stable home to go to. What do I do?

Re: emancipation

There is a form prepared by the judicial council that can be filled out and filed with the court. If the judge approves the application the minor is emancipated. However, as I recall, the juvenile must be able to support themself.
