Legal Question in Family Law in California

Emancipation the rights of children

I wish to be emancipated but my legal guardian recieves benifits for me also i doubt i can get her to agree unfortunately I'm in a bad situation at home but not so horrible that i would want to risk the horrors of a foster home i have been left for months to take care of myself: pay the bills/grocery shoping and then to take care of my legal guardians life to i have to live two adult lives and i just wish that i could be emancipated so i would only have to live one. is it possible for me to petition for an emancipation without my legal gaurdians permission. i am also homless at the momment and my legal guardian has been spending my welfare check entirely on herself and hasn't helped the poeple curently sheltering me doing the jobs that are her responsiblity
