emanstipation

if i been living with my grandma for more my whole life but she never had custody of me and i recently moved back with my mom this year but things havent been working out and im pregnant now and dont feel like this is a good invirment for me or my child do you think that i can get emanstipated because i have people such as my grandma that is willing to take me back and wants me back she is willing to give me the help and suport that my mom dosn't i am 16 years old im still going to school i obviously cant work right now because i am currently pregnant and dont have my permit yet and i do need to attend doc appt. which my mom wont take me to because it is not her responsibilty because i am an aldult now that i am pregnant

It is unlikely that the court would emancipate you as you have no ability to support yourself. You should discuss moving back with your grandmother with your mother. If she will not agree then your grandmother can go to court for an order giving her custody.
