If the ex parte has already been denied, you do not really have another possibility.

Writ of mandate to the Court of Appeal. Having lost the ex parte, however, you better have a REALLY REALLY good reason why the court that heard the ex parte was wrong AND a REALLY REALLY good reason why you cannot wait for a regular hearing in the local court. Otherwise you not only will have your writ application denied, you will probably face monetary sanctions for wasting everyone's time and money.
