Emergency Custody

My grandson's other grandma took my grandson from the parents, they moved around to much and etc. On Oct.20th 2005 there was a hearing for emerency custody for him. Well on the Oct. 21 I found out my name was on the papers

as well. Why was my name on the papers and can I see my grandson ??

the facts you have provided thus far are a bit ambiguous and confusing. we would need more background information regarding who exactly had custody before, and what exactly has been done legally to date to effectively change the custodial circumstances.
