Legal Question in Family Law in California

Emergency petiton/ex parte/OSC?

My ex is in contempt, not allowing my visitations to happen. He's unavailable & has turned off our sons phone. He's not happy with our recent orders from 2 weeks ago when we finished our 4 day trial. What should I file now? If exparte, do I need to notify/serve him?

Very clear from this question it is critical that you consult with an attorney skilled in the field of family law. To give a reasoned answer, the attorney in an office consultation can review the case materials you bring including parenting orders and court documents. After a full interview and review of your situation , the attorney can give you the legal advice you need to protect you and your sons legal rights.
