What are the procedures and laws for a 15 1/2 year old who wants to become empacatied? Due to she doesn't want to follow the rules at home. Is she entitled to be empacipated on those gidelines?

Emancipation will be granted when a minor is able to be self supporting. The court will not grant emancipation because a minor does not want to follow the rules at home.
