Legal Question in Family Law in California

Employer not sending child support witheld to the county

I have a wage assignment for child support. In September my employer witheld money from my paycheck, but only sent in half of what he witheld to the county child support office. I have informed him of this several times, but the money still has not been received by the county child support. What action can be taken to ensure he resolve this issue?

Send a copy of the pay check stub showing the amount that was withheld by your employer. A letter explaining the situation should be sent with the pay check stub, and request that they contact your employer regarding the unpaid amount.
