ending cp
my child turns 18 in Feb and does not attend full time high school..she does independant study at home..can i stop cp in feb w/o filing any motions in court?..wages aren't garnished..will i be found in contempt if i stop payment?

I'm not sure with the limited facts you have provided. I would suggest you either provide more facts or you take your court order or MSA to a family law facilition office.
