how do I enforce violation of court order
have court order for visits, mother moved, saying she would send my son for alternate holidays and that I can have him for summers. It has been 2 years and I have had him once for 3 weeks (out of need for sitter while she birthed another child)
Upon leaving she agreed on the verbal visit and was amicable. come time for visit, only excuses and got tired of arguing.
Court order is in Santa Cruz Co. she moved to Or. I would like to share in his life as should my 6 yr. old from current marriage. Would like to sock it to her for thinking she can do this to us, and not face consequences and repurcussions.

The court cannot enforce a verbal agreement. It can only enforce a court order. If there is an existing court order you could attempt to enforce it. If there is a California court order for visitation then you could file a motion in the California court to enforce and modify the visitation order.
