Legal Question in Family Law in California

enforcing child support judgement

Child support judgment passed. Petitioner agreed to sign Stipulation lowering payment amount. Stipulation broken when payments not paid on time. Can I file an Ex-parte motion for nullment of Stipulion and revise original judgement? Also, since moneys owed are from a trust. How do I file for a security deposit for past and future support sent directly to me from the trust? Can I do a writ of Attachment?

Re: enforcing child support judgement

You will need to file a motion for each of the actions that you request. It can be one motion for all requests. Based upon what you have said, ex-parte would not be the proper motion. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
