Enforcing prenuptial agreement
How do I enforce a prenuptual agreement while still married? My husband had me sign one (and notarized) right before we got married. It stated I would be given a sum of money each month to take care of all household expenses while I quit work and stayed home with the children. The amount would increase every year to keep up with cost of living increases. I never got an increase and he stopped giving me my 'allowance' 8 months ago. How do I inforce the agreement that was his idea only a week before our marriage?

Your contract is enforceable because it directly affects your child. Unless your husband has hit hard times, you have every right to demand for the sake of your child that your contracted right to be a live-in mother be enforced. Good luck!
