Legal Question in Family Law in California

Enforcing a restraining order

My husband has a restraining order against his ex wife she continues to make phone calls numerous times a day with the excuse that she is calling to talk about something pertaining to their son, but that is untrue. When she does call she doesn't even speak to him nor does she at times need to call at all only makes excuses to phone.I feel that this constitutes harrasment but no one is willing to do anything about it because they say she is not harrassing us.How do we get this restraining order enforced or not have to deal with her directly anymore?

Thank you for you time and assistance

Re: Enforcing a restraining order

I don't know who you mean by the "nobody" that is unwilling to enforce the order. You may wish to have the order modified by the judge to limit the number of times that she can call. Several times per day is certainly excessive. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
