am i entitled to ex husbands pension
I was married for 9 years and divorced now.my ex husband passed away in 2000. He worked for usps for many years. We have no children. Am I entitled to his pension

As a general rule your rights if any to his pension would be defined by the final judgment. His retirement would normally become his separate property, unless there was a QDRO dividing the retirement plan. Therefor unless he named you as the beneficiary you have only a limited interest in the retirement plan.
