It is a Qualified Domestic Relations Order. It is most commonly a court order to a pension or retirement fund to do certain things to effectuate a divorce order or judgment. Your attorney should have done that for you as part of your divorce judgment if the attorney handled that. If not, and you cannot afford an attorney, you should go see the Family Law Facilitator at your local Family Court.
