am I entitled to spousal support? Married for 7.5 years in california. I make 45,000 per year and he makes 100,000 per year?

The correct quick answer is "probably." If you make $45k a year, for example, but you're working as executive director of a non-profit you set up with some of your stock options when you decided to quit your $500K/yr CEO job, and the company would take you back in a heartbeat, then no. The point being the total financial picture of the marriage and the earning capacities of the spouses has to be looked at to be sure about whether you would get support. In a simple case, however, with the numbers you give, yes you would get some support and it would most likely be for 3.75 years.
