Entitlement

I am receiving a structured settlement from an accident that occurred prior to my marriage. I receive monthly installments plus a lump sum in year2013. My question is... Is my spouse entitled to a portion of those monies if we divorce? We married prior to settlement and have been married 4 years. thanks

No. It is your separate property.
