entitlement after 15 years
husband had a child of wedlock. what am i entitled to? ex girlfriend trying to get property and retirement funds.

She isn't entitled to property and retirement without a marriage, she is entitled to child support. If she gets an order for child support and it goes unpaid, she can go after property to pay the support.
