Legal Question in Family Law in California

Entry of Judgment

Defending pro-per and other partys attorney submitted entry of judgment for divorce with settlement agreement. It has been 5 months now and the paperwork has been rejected twice due to their side not submitting prelim & final disclosures. Now they refuse to submit final waiver of disclosure that I signed over a month ago. We submitted in appearances, stipulations and waivers paperwork that the agreement does not apply unless the court approves the judgment so the Alimony has not started yet. Is there anything I can do to get the judgment entered or make their attorney submit the paperwork?? Thank you!
