Enullment vs. Divorce
Do I still file for divorce, if spouse was married before and never obtained a divorce?

It depends on whether you want spousal support or not. If you want spousal support, then you need to file for a putative divorce. On the other hand, if you are concerned you might have to pay for support then you will want to file for an annulment and partition.

Depends on different factors. On this one, I will have to recommend that you look into retaining an attorney. This could be more complicated than the question presented.
