Legal Question in Family Law in California
Epstein Credits and Watts,
Is this rule a default standard in California? Or does it specifically need to be stated to be applied?

Epstein Credits and Watt's Credits need to be raised by the party seeking them. You are responsible for raising issues, and not the court. Don't assume that you can default and expect the court to take care of your case. By defaulting, you consent to everything the petitioning spouse asks for.
