Legal Question in Family Law in California
I need to establish income of my child's father who is self-employed. The father has/had thousands in legal bills due to his previous attorney. The father trades services and products to work down his bill due to the attorney. I need to call this attorney as a witness to establish these facts to count towards his income. I suspect this attorney will be subbed back in to represent the child's father.
How do I contest the attorney working on this case as it is a conflict to needing him to be a witness?
How do I call this attorney as witness?

You can explain to the judge why you feel there is an issue and ask that he be removed as counsel. The judge may or may not grant your request.
You prove income by getting his tax returns, not by calling his attorney as a witness and triggering a dispute over attorney client privilege. His legal bills have nothing to do with his income.
