i am one of five surviving siblings. my father recently passed away leaving no will. My sister has since taken all his possessions and dispersed them to her children only. we think she is also collecting money from insurance but are not sure. how can we find out and is this right for her to do? do we, her other 4 siblings have any rights? he had just moved to nevada, lived for 2 months and died. he was planning on returning to california but died suddenly

unless he had a will or trust giving everything to your sister and her kids, then they are stealing your inheritance.
