Legal Question in Family Law in California

Ethics - Timely completion of paperwork

As the petitioner in a child support modification judgement issued 10 months ago, what is the suggested course of action I take with my attorney to finalize the necessary legal paperwork when phone calls, emails or faxes do not seem to be working? (By the way, my contract with the attorney is still in force and the vast majority of the payments have been made. I try to minimize contact with this attorney as I am billed for any one-to-one time, phone calls or correspondence.) HELP!

Ethically, I cannot advise you since you have an attorney. You might try sending a notice to the State Bar Association. That usually gets attorneys attention right away.
