Since paternity laws can be extremely complicated, you should retain an experienced family law attorney. Although you are the biological father, the legal father (presumably her husband) may have rights which are superior to yours. It is unlikely that the courts will establish three natural parents as case law dictates that there can only be two natural parents. Therefore it would need to determine whether you or the legal father is the natural father of the child.
It is impossible for someone to advise you without knowing the full facts of your case. Further there are many cases which should be briefed by your attorney and presented to the court in order for you to be able to assert and establish your rights.
