Legal Question in Family Law in California

How to evict 21 year old daughter

My ex wife lives with my two kids and her daughter before our marriage. The daughter is 21, has a baby, unemployed, collecting welfare, does drugs, steals, hangs with gang members, father of her child in prison. My ex and I feel that the other two kids are in danger living in this atmosphere. We have given her several deadlines to move but she wont go. The Sherriff's dept. says they can do nothing, and would even force my ex to let her back in the house if evicted by force. What can we do to get her out?
