can I evicted my wife

Hello my wife and I been married for 3yrs in Ca. she just last week got her legal residence to be in the usa with her two kids, she had a no sex affair a year ago and now I want her to leave now that I'm conviced that she stay only for her residence and now she want's me to still her save $ or give her $ to go and I'm not working and she is working. ? can I force her to leave my home where she sign away spausol rights on the home and 401K.
