exchange of child custody

My exhusband file petition of my child. He has ADHD, which he knows that he struggle in school and his father also, talk to his therapist.He became of victim of violencewhich he consider my fault. He also mention that he unsupervise at night, but his older sibling is there with him. he said that he would be a better with him because his job is flexible and stepmother would be there to help.
