Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex-hubsand is traveling to Mexico with our children for vacation. I have requested the flight and hotel information for emergency purposes only and he is refusing to give it to me. We share joint legal and physical custody. Our Court order addresses vacations but I do not know if it specifies international travel or if we are ordered to provide the other with the above info. Is he obligated to provide me with this information? Can I refuse to send my children with him if he does not?

You should return to court to get orders preventing the children from going if father refuses to provide this information.
