ex-husband made false alligations of abuse to cps

I am divorced 7 years from a very angry, bitter, jelous and controlling man. In an attempt to gain control and extort money from me and make my life miserable my ex filed a false report with cps. I talked with cps for half an hour. They gave custody of my 9 year old to my ex. I am not even allowed to see him or talk to him. I have no criminal record nor has there ever been abuse aliigations before. A medical report was taken. My son who was 7 at the time this happened went along with what the ex was saying. Brain washing and manipulation at its best. What can I do. I have never been charged by cps. This thing just hangs in limbo.

What you need to do is get an attorney to get this matter moving. You need to file a motion that will force the hands of CPS. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
