Legal Question in Family Law in California

if my ex-husband steals things from me, can he use it against me in court? no its not illigal, but is a tool to do something illigal. and yes he would admit to stealing it in court. stealing multiple times many things, some of which has no rrelavence. its a family law issue, not civil, or criminal.

If it is not criminal theft, then he most likely can use anything relevant that he can get his hands on.
