Legal Question in Family Law in California

Ex-Husband has my Uncles belongings

My ex-husband has informed me that he has found my great Uncle's photo albums (10 total) that have been in the family for 50 years. My ex will not return them unless I pay him money. What can I do?

You may file a motion to recover your separate property. Because it is post-judgment you will have to have exhusband served personally. If you owe him money he may take the opportunity to counter your motion with one of his own.
