How do I have ex-husbands paycheck guarnish for Attorney fees, it is court order

Hi, I have a court order for my ex-husband to pay $250.00 a month starting July 15, 2002. And of course he hasn't sent a dime. I was wondering how I go about making him pay. Thank you.

Contact the Oregon government agency that assists in the setting of and collection of child support. That agency will contact the California agency and request that they collect the support for you.
