Legal Question in Family Law in California

Exposing a lier

My ex and I are in a bad custody dispute. She is fling out of state for her work and leaving our daughter over night with questionable people and I need proof of this. I reside in ca, she resideds in Nv. Ca has jurisdiction. My ex has primary care of our daughter. We just went to court and she stated in court that she did not fly. My daughter says other wise. What would be the steps. I know she is hiding this fact to keep custody. She has lied so much in court. I can not afford an attorney. What can I do to get this proof. Can you get the information from the airline, and how do I get the information from her work?

You might want to consider hiring a private detective to conduct a "sub-rosa" investigation and bring the evidence (film and testimony) to court.

Good luck to you.
