Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex's attorney filed a judgement with the courts for custody orders. I was never served with the documents regarding the custody orders. I just found out a week Dec. 10th or so that there has been this judgement filed as of Oct 2012. So with that being said what do I do to change this since I had no knowledge of it being filed nor was I EVER SERVED with a Notice. How do I change this? How will I take legal action against his attorney for doing this? Can I file something to tell my side of the story since she has lied about serving me? Can i file anything against my ex attorney?

A motion to set aside the order due to improper service seems appropriate.
