ex's credit card debt

IN a divorce am I half responsible for his credit card debt that is only in his name and I never even seen. So obviously he is the only one thats used them.

The presumption is that you are. However, should you be able to prove he obtained the debt in violation of his fiduciary duty to the community property estate, then he would be completely responsible for such debt. Also, he may owe you spousal support which would offset any reimbursement you may owe him.
