ex-spouses hold on pension
my ex-wife re fuses to cooperate in any way shape or form. I can not receive any of my retirement. I have everything possible.

You need to file a motion to divide the pension. She will not need to sign anything, the judge will sign an order. If you are in So. Cal, call me. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
