Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex-wife was awarded on a piece of property and our house in the divorce settlement. She is subsquently late on the property payments affecting my credit - since we are both on both loans despite the intrafamily transfer. Can I sue her for contempt since she is not following her end of the agreement in the divorce. Can I sue her to sell both the house and the prooprty to get my name off the loan (I know she wont re-fi)What other options do I have?

The answer may depend upon how long ago the judgment was entered and whether it was based upon an agreement or her representation that she would make the payments. Contempt is not an option because you cannot bring contempt on property and debt issues. You may call my office for a free consultation or fax or e-mail me a copy of the judgment and set up a free telephone consultation.
