My ex-wife and myself have a court order. I went in to jail for about 6 months, but prior to that she wouldn't let me see my daughter. The court order is still the same but i have no way of getting in touch with them. The court order states that she needs to tell me when she moves or changes number, and she never did any of that.

If she is concealing the child from you and not revealing her whereabouts, this is a police matter and you are justifed to file a police report. You should also consider returning to court on a motion for enforcement of your timeshare. You may need the assistance of a qualified process server or private investigator to help you find her.
